Shyloe Fayad established Radical Wondering in 2012 as a result of years of training via personal introspection, coaching, counselling, courses and education. This Transformational Coaching practice was developed as a response to the need of individuals working towards improving their lives, raising their consciousness and achieving their deepest desires, goals and dreams, specifically in the area of relationships, with oneself, with others and a something larger than ourselves.
Shyloe spent over a decade immersed in her own healing journey recovering from lifelong depression, chronic fatigue syndrome, sexual abuse issues and an overall sense of malaise, discouragement and desperation. After her recovery, she became aware of the great need that exists for compassion, connection and community that was instrumental in her own healing. The three “C”s make up the foundation of the Shyloe’s work as a Transformational Life Coach. The bulk of her coaching practice is spent in speaking, teaching workshops, working one on one with clients and facilitating Radical Wondering gatherings with the goal of permanently shifting repetitive patterns in the body and mind. The three elements of compassion, connection and community are key to the transformational healing experience as part of the process working with Shyloe and her Radical Wondering framework.
A note from Shyloe:
Radical Wondering evolved as an expression of who I am and how I move in this world. I reached this sustained state of happiness and ease, not by avoiding the pain of my history, nor by clinging to the moments of joy, but by radically wondering about everything… every part of my life. Settling in. Hunkering down. Discovering. Uncovering. Turning over rocks. Digging deeper. Using curiosity and an open heart to embrace the most challenging situations and experiences. Bringing this open hearted space, this innocent curiosity, this radical wonder into my work, into my relationships, into my world.
My healing journey has been such a great success due to the radical wondering I practice in daily living. It’s part of the exploration of my joy and my pain. It’s an undercurrent that flows through me and informs all parts of my work. I am not afraid. I. Am. Not. Afraid. Not afraid of your darkness nor of mine. Not afraid of your brilliance nor of mine. Simply, not afraid. And that feels good. That feels phenomenal, actually. It is liberating, inspiring, motivating and earth shaking.
So, let’s get in there and see what we can find! Are you with me?
Let’s Radically Wonder about everything! Let’s do it… Together!
I know you want to… and so do I.
